The Point's Tomato Soup
- 1 #10 can whole peeled tomatos pureed
- 1 #10 can whole peeled tomatos broken up by hand
- 2 med onions diced small
- 7 ribs celery sliced or diced
- 2 oz worsteshire
- 2 oz dried basil
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 oz Tony's Seasoning
- 1 46 oz can tomato juice
Saute the veggies and seasonings in a large pot with a little olive oil until they are almost done.
Add the tomatos and tomato juice and cook over medium heat until all the veggies are done.
