The Point's Tomato Soup

  • 1 #10 can whole peeled tomatos pureed
  • 1 #10 can whole peeled tomatos broken up by hand
  • 2 med onions diced small
  • 7 ribs celery sliced or diced
  • 2 oz worsteshire
  • 2 oz dried basil
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 oz Tony's Seasoning
  • 1 46 oz can tomato juice

Saute the veggies and seasonings in a large pot with a little olive oil until they are almost done.

Add the tomatos and tomato juice and cook over medium heat until all the veggies are done.
